Pilates is a low-impact class that focuses on a combination of full body strengthening, mobility and core stability. The emphasis is on working with good postural awareness and breath control whilst working through a series of functional exercises to help tone and condition the body.
Pilates is excellent for improving movement and wellbeing. The classes are always adapted to suit the needs of the group and will be suitable for all ages and abilities.

Monday 9:30 to 10.30am @ St David’s Church Hall (Penrhyn Bay) – intermediate
Thursday 5:15 to 6:15pm @ St David’s Church Hall (Penrhyn Bay) intermediate/ advanced

Friday 11:15am- beginner/ improver
 Mat work pilates 1:1 £35 per hour
NEW SERVICE- reformer pilates 1:1 sessions £45 per hour. Reformer pilates is a piece of equipment which was designed to help assist with movement whilst also challenging the body. It looks like a bed with springs and consists of a sliding carriage that has pulleys for added resistance. A great exercise that works with all the pilates principles used for mat work.
